The Tactical Outer Carrier allows concealable ballistic panels to be used in an over-the-uniform tactical carrier. Self-fastening side closures provide comfort and adjustability.
Clean: Black only, includes neck entry combo plate pocket.
Standard: Black only, includes combo plate pocket plus 5 fixed pockets, front/back ID patches and belly band.
Custom: Special requests fro color, pockets, ID placement or other features.
