Return Policy:
All returns will be subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. The restocking fee may be waived if an order was shipped incorrectly.
Payment Policy:
LEED accepts all major credit cards and PayPal for its online transactions. No orders will be shipped prior to full payment.
Shipping Policy:
LEED uses UPS exclusively for shipping. Ground is our default shipping speed. Please call us if you need an order shipped faster.
We process all in stock orders within two business days. Processing time for out of stock orders varies depending on the manufacturer.
